Advice for church staff meetings published

One of the two new sets of Training Notes uploaded yesterday offers advice on how to conduct church staff meetings. Many staff members are frustrated at how these meetings are run and the Notes provide a case study to demonstrate some of the common problems.

This is followed by a set of seven practical ideas to get round the difficulties. One issue is knowing just why you are meeting, and 14 possible reasons are given to help church staffs pick on the ones that should apply in their case.
The Notes conclude with advice on what appropriate record keeping might look like.
