The latest Training Notes cover moving a church from a 'rota culture' to a 'team culture', and writing a business plan for a church venture of some kind.
TN139, Church workers in teams, has a very relevant message for churches struggling to find volunteers as we come out of Covid. TN140, A checklist for a business plan, lists 26 possible items to include in such a plan, divided into five categories. Invaluable advice for churches setting up a playgroup, a cafe, or letting out rooms.
