One of my new uploads for August 2023 tackles an issue many churches are currently facing: how to find 'volunteers' in a world after lockdown.

'Serving in a post-Covid church', Training Notes TN148, suggest that an approach that seeks volunteers for rotas is not wise. Instead it suggests 12 features of the church that are needed to create a culture of practical service. These range from big picture issues such as a church leadership people trust and respect through to the idea of setting up teams under a team leader and celebrating achievements in such teams.
